Having someone to help you

You can have a friend and family member help you when you talk to us, or you can nominate someone to act on your behalf. Just let us know if you have someone assisting you, and we'll do what we can to make it work.

If you need more time

If you have a few more questions or need a bit more time, just let us know. We will help you where we can and we are happy to give you a call back at a time that suits you.

We also offer a 21 day cooling-off period to give you time to get advice on your policy. This means if you’re not happy with the details of your policy you can make changes at anytime or cancel within the cooling-off period for a full refund, provided you haven't made a claim. You can still cancel your policy outside the cooling-off period and you will be refunded the unused portion of your premium, if you haven't made a claim.

    Our website contains lots of useful information on our products, helpful insurance tips and details on how to make a claim. You are even able to get a quote and buy your insurance policies online. We also provide options for managing your policies online and giving feedback.

  • Online Chat

    You can chat directly with our Customer Services team by clicking the blue ‘Live chat with us now' pop up box at the bottom right of our website. Please note online chat isn’t always available.

  • AA Centres

    If you prefer to talk to someone face-to-face, you can find your local AA Centre here.
